Child Development Center of TFCF has about more than 300 children with developmental delay and disabilities. Due to the economic downturn, families of these children have difficulties to maintain the needs of daily life and intervention. Unfortunate children with the similar condition are still growing.

Saving NT$ 10 a day, NT$ 300 a month, you can do good to those slow-flying angels, helping their lives, intervention, medical assistance, rehabilitation expenses, emergency aids, and others. Because of your love and care, these children with disabilities can get the best care, treatment, and education to grow, with a promising future.

• Several children with physical disabilities need feeding at meal time : Monday to Friday 11:00-12:00.
• At 9:30 to 10:50 every morning, the center arranges "community adaptation" program which needs volunteers to help at locations such as fast food restaurants , supermarkets , markets, parks, and so on.
• If the parents have courses on Saturday or Sunday, volunteers help care for children.

In addition to monetary donations, you can also choose other actions to help those slow-flying angels with developmental delays and disabilities, for example, medical supplies, assistive devices, household items , gifts, and so on. We will make good use of materials and let the slow-flying angels to get the most benefit.

For the slow-flying angels and their families, other important issues are the "acceptance" and "care." The center develops various resources for the slow-flying angels, hoping to construct a sound early intervention services network. Therefore, the center promotes the program of "good neighbor of slow-flying angels."

This program aims to educate the public about early intervention for children with developmental delay and to emphasize the report system. On the other hand, it educates people to accept slow-flying angels.

• Through integration of resources in the center, to educate the public about  the concept of early intervention service for children with developmental delay.
• Through promoting the concept, to improve the report rate and the public’s care for children with developmental delay.
• Through promoting and organizing community activities, to enhance the center's image of providing early intervention services for developmental-delayed children, and to cultivate more donors.
• Through promoting activities, to urge the public to care for children with developmental delays, or high-risk group of children.
• Through promoting activities, to encourage people, businesses, or shops to be good neighbors.
• Case managers visit hospitals and nursery schools, getting to know therapists and teachers to develop the model of local case management.
