This is a loving home for "slow-flying angels" to learn happily. What are slow-flying angels? It refers to children with disabilities and developmental delays.

Child Development Center takes care of these slow-flying angels, providing health care, education, and social welfare programs. It not only helps these angels overcome obstacles, but also helps them go into the crowd and community. Also, it lessens the burden of angels’ families through sharing experience and skills, and improves family functions, in order to create more favorable environments for angels to take off.

The so-called "slow-flying angels" does not mean that they fly too slowly or they lack of the ability to fly. It means that their learning process is harder than others, and they need more courage and patience than others. Although they take off slowly, they will fly the highest and farthest. Our care and encouragement will be their biggest motivation!

Those unfortunate children with disabilities were due to natural causes and the delay for intervention.

In Taiwan, currently children of zero to six years old with disabilities manual are about 14,000. Only one-fifth of which is conducting early intervention, while other four-fifths, about 11,000 children, are eagerly hoping for the chance to reverse their fate.
