Purposes of Changhua Child Development Center
  • For slow-flying angels
    Take care of children with developmental delay or disability, providing various integrated services through health care, education, rehabilitation, welfare programs and other measures. Through early detection and early intervention, the children are able to overcome early developmental delay or disorders.
  • For parents of slow-flying angels
    Through seminars, series of parent-child activities, etc., to provide parents with child development conditions, and to train parents to be the best caregivers.
