It enhances my experience of volunteer.I have learned how to wash the books,and a good way to return books to their original position. It helps us to return books correctly to check into the “call number” first.

　　Participating in the team not only promotes the friendship between classmates,but also arouses the spirit of team work,cooperating together.

 　　I have learned how to define the contents of a research,the skill of educational guidance,and experience of one-day volunteer.I often have to use the spare time of computer class,which is pretty valuable,to type the words.It can be called the extra scarification !There is a small accident happened in our team.Once when we’re ready to return the books , suddenly,they fell down the crack between the bookshelf and wall.We have learned a lessonthat one shouldn’t put the books too close to the window. For the reporting being balance and solving the problems during the process of study,we have interviewed our principal,director,and the volunteers from the oublic libraries,…etc.It’s the best way to realize the hardship of volunteers much more.In the meantime,it helps getting the true value and meaning of this research of special subject.

　　I become braver than before to stand on the platform and demonstrate before the public. It took us much effort to make a  complete film.And it needed many kinds of professional skill to use the video recorder to make the film.In addition,being NG very often made us depressed and trouble.If one was responsible for recording,his action must be very fast. It happened to be “me”.All the library CEO have to stand to work,so their feet get tired after time to time.However,the volunteer still tolerate this kind of torment. We respect them !

　　Attending the Cyber Fair,I have experienced the huge pressure.During the process,I had to face the pressure by myself every day.Although I have ever had the thought of giving up owing to some frustration,and have cried before some team workers for worrying our mission not finished.At last,I have endured all the hardships and conquered all.

　　Sometimes,the members argued between each other because of different ideas.It caused the broken friendship between membersfor choosing the background music of the film,the pictures of PPT files,the copy right of music,and the manuscript of interviewing.Avoiding those,we had to discuss and tolerate each other.I felt so lucky that we all had the same attitude and consensus !

　　I have learned many skills and experienced what I’d never met before,such as the “ Education Guiding”,film-making,and drawing the storyboard.

　　Once we quarreled for unfairness during some stares of mission,but it just happened to be the part of process,not the ultimate aim.We interviewed Grandpa Jhu-Syong. After his introduction,we’d finally got the idea why we established this research team of “Library CEO”.That is to find and solve the possible problems.We tried to carry forward the ideas of volunteers.

　　Till now,I comprehend the importance of learning. I get acquaintance with the activity and of our library much better through this study.I want the library CEO to become more creative,prominent,and effective.Besides,this study enhances our field of knowledge.Finally,I wish  the spirit of volunteer can be integrated into everyone’s life.

　　I got exhaused when I typed in computer classroom.A training like this has tempered myself!I have learned a lot about sharing out the work andcooperatingwith one another,inquiring information,and interviewing professional persons of different field.To reduce the amount of the V's work, the students should adjust their habits and attitude of using the library.That's why we did the education guidance to each grader.

　　One thing that impressed me very much is that we had to prepare a draft before interviewing.Then,we also had to rehearse the response and questioning with the interviewee. We didn’t go to interview a person until we’d well prepared ! 　

　　As long as we start to cultivate the habit and etiquette of reading in the library,the workload of the Library CEO would be decreased,and they could have more time to do more meaningful things for us.I hope that their  compassion for the books and readers shall be spread all over the world through our research of Cyber Fair this year.

　　This is my  second time to join the Cyber Fair Team.The speed of my typing had been very slow before. However,through this practice,I can type the words more efficiently. I become fully competent at all parts of this team.

　　I have learned about kinds of professional skills　of taking photograph. There are many details which I have never noticed before,now my skills have reached

the high degree of professional proficiency.

　　Only after the practice of photograph-taking and dubbing the film have I realized the whole procedure of  film-making , and the trick and hardship of dubbing.I thought it's simple to take pictures of the scene,but I got nervous and shaking until I really put into practice.

　　After interview the volunteers inside and outside our library, I was deeply moved by their spirit ! They paid time and effort to handle everything in the library,both important and trivial matters,without any feedback or return. Besides,they had to tolerate and bear the suffering from occupational disease,such as long standing and pain of fingers,arms,and feet.

　　I have made remarkable progress in oral presentation through the interviewing our teachers.I spoke with a slight stutter in the very beginning. Sometimes the teachers couldn't get my ideas,so I pushed myself to improve it.Occasionally,I lost my self-confidence when facing teachers.It's very luck that I've met kind teachers to encourage me and give me many chances patiently.Untill now,I won't be panic or frightended out of one's wits.

　　I feel honored to have this opportunity tolearn.I've learned how to make the film,wash the books,and return them back to the bookshelf.Through the Education guidance of the royal library etiguette, I have more self-confidence of oral performance before the public.Interviewing the library CEO,we can understand the serving attitude and spirit of volunteer one more step.I truthly hope that we can do something meaningful for our library and our school.I have got the sense of accomplishment most from producing the film.

　　Our group is the first group to make the film,and I happened to be the one who have participated in the whole process of producing the film from the very beginning to the end.I am just the expert of film-making.These all attributed to the patient instructing of teacher Jheng-Hong.  I tried to help the volunteers as possible as I could.If there is an opportunity in the future,I'm willing to be the library volunteer,to set a good example with my own conduct.

　　I'm very glad to have this opportunity to do the research. However , In the study, I've met the frustration which I've never met before. At last , I can conquer it with the help of my partners. We all have the same idea in our mind---that is "Never give it up !" Never keep quietly immerse oneself in hard work. I learn the most about cooperation each other.

　　Through the study, I finally know how to make the "Education Guidance". This makes me  admire those who make the movie.We felt exhausted only after making just a very short part of film,not to mention to make a long movie.

　　We benefit very much from the spirit of " team work" ! I think it's a very good lesson for us to learn !
