The  first  report                    Research time ：30 hours
Date	October 3-4  The collection of information , referring to all previous sessions of the works of Cyber Fair ,and deciding the topic and way of study.
Work contents	Referring to the information of previous works ,we decided to use “The Volunteers of Xisong Library ”as our topic this time.

The  second  report                    Research time ：30 hours
Date	October 7-8      Observing the volunteers for one day. (The Central Library of “Reading Fun”and The North Branch )
Work contents	The members were divided into several groups. They went to the libraries to observe and make records from the morning activity to the second class in the afternoon.

The  third  report                    Research time ：30 hours
Date	October 11-15  Searching for the documents related to the volunteers.
Work contents	The team went to the library to search for the documents about “Library Volunteer”and “Volunteer”in the data bank on line.

The 4th  report                       Research time ：40 hours
Date	October 17-21  Designing the questionnaires of volunteers ,testing and revising the questionnaires
Work contents	We discussed,proposed questions,and designed the questionnaires after discussing the records and documents.Then,we asked our instructors to help revise the questionnaires.

The 5th  report                       Research time ：40 hours
Date	October 22-25  Sorting and counting the questionnaires of volunteers ; drawing and explaining the statistical chart.
Work contents	We sorted the questionnaires and information by groups. Then, we input the datas to Excel,output the chart, analysed, and explained.

The 6th  report　                       Research time ：30 hours
Date	October 28-31  Drafting a plan and designing the content of interviewing the volunteers ; making the invitation cards.
Work contents	We discussed the content of interviewing according the returned questionnaires. Then,we designed the invitation card by groups.

The 7th  report                       Research time ：20 hours
Date	November 1-8   Delivering the invitation cards and the outline of interviewing , and fixing the dates of interviewing.
Work contents	Each group delivered the invitation cards to the interviewees,And fixed the dates and places of interviewing in time.

The 8th  report　                       Research time ：40 hours
Date	November 4-22  Interviewing the volunteers , and sorting the manuscription.
Work contents	We put the interviewing into practice deeply according to the time and place we had set.The team had divided into three groups: proposing questions,making records,and shooting pictures to take responsibilities.

The 9th  report　                       Research time ：30 hours
Date	November 4-26   Analysing the content of interviewing , introspecting and putting into practice. Observating and interviewing the volunteers of the three branches of public libraries around us.
Work contents	Our team interviewed according to the time and place we had set.The groups had divided into three groups:proposing questions,making records,and shooting pictures to take responsibilities.

The 10th  report                       Research time ：10 hours
Date	November 28    Convening a conference to examine our special subject , advising and adjusting the frame and way of our research.
Work contents	Our team found the contradiction and problems after analyzing the questionnaires and records of interviewing.We asked our instructors for further explaination and practical motion to solve the problems.

The 11th  report　                       Research time ：10 hours
Date	November 29    Producing our film – Contriving the scheme of the “ Education Guidance of Library Information ”
Work contents	Putting the program of the “self-criticism meeting”into practice ,the team decided to contrive the scheme of the “ Education Guidance of Library Information ”to make the films.

The 12th  report　                       Research time ：80 hours
Date	December 2-20  Learning how to make films—story board , edition , off stage , dubbing in background music ,shooting a picture , picture recording.
Work contents	The instructors taught us on line.We drew the story board,practiced the skills of picture recording and shooting  pictures,calculating the OS time,and the editing of films. We also asked to use the work of the rhythm band of our school for dubbing in background music.

The 13th  report　                       Research time ：20 hours
Date	December 9-27   1. Doing the “ Education Guidance of Library Information “ 2.  Conducting the survey with the students on line by questionnaire   3.Counting and analyzing
Work contents	After making the four films of the “ Education Guidance of Library Information “,the team was divided into groups to  proceed the guidance to each graders.

The 14th  report　                       Research time ：30 hours
Date	December 23 ~ January 6 Spreading our love through books : Guiding the “ Education of Library Information ”to the classes of every grader
Work contents	Having finished the questionnaires on line,each group chose the appropriate film to do the “Education Guidance of Library Information ”to each grader.

The 15th  report　                       Research time ：30 hours
Date	December 25-31   Experience and practice the one-day volunteer :collecting the boxes of returned books , washing books , mending books , returning books ,putting books on the shelves , and helping log in the computers the returned and borrowed books on the circulation desk.
Work contents	Being “one-day volunteer”,we washed,mended,returned the books. Also,we logged the returned and borrowed books in the computers.

The 16th  report　                       Research time ：10 hours
Date	January 2      Drafting the content of interviewing our Principal , director , and teachers according to the questionnaires. Designing the invitation cards.
Work contents	According to the questionnaires and interviewing,the team drew Up the content of interviewing.

The 17th  report　                       Research time ：10 hours
Date	January 3  Delivering the invitation cards and outline of interviewing to the teachers , proposing appointment with the interviewees .
Work contents	Our memembers delivered the invitation cards of interviewing to the interviewees,and fixed the dates and places of interviewing

The 18th  report　                       Research time ：30 hours
Date	January 6,13  Interviewing our Principal ,Academic Affairs Supervisor ,and Section Chief of Registration. and sorting the script of interviewing.
Work contents	The memembers interviewed our Principal ,Academic Affairs Supervisor ,and Section Chief of Registration.They are divided into three groups,questioning,recording,and photographying,to take responsibility.

The 19th  report　                       Research time ：20 hours
Date	January 14-15 Analysing the content of interviewing.
Work contents	The whole team brought up their discovery and reflection on the interviewing,and discussed together,trying to explain the opinions and feedback.

Date	January 13-21  Self-evaluation and evaluating each other on line
Work contents	We did the self-evaluation and evaluating each other about our performance of research. And we wrote the reflection on the research of special subject,and sharing with the members.

Date	January 14-21 Sorting the paper information,deleting the invalid information ,and recording all the data on the Gmail.
Work contents	Each one recorded and renewed the content,about the work assigned,at any time.

Work contents	We sorted the document of our special topic,put the manuscript and photos on the web page sequently.

Work contents	The members checked the draft of web page,discussed the supplement and revision of related information.

Date	January 27-29  The final revising and modification of our web page
Work contents	Our team members proofread the content mutually,did the final modification and fine-tuning of the web page.
