The Recruitment and Training

　　The team usually recruit new members on PTA meetings or sports days when many parents coming to the school.  In addition, some members will invite their friends to join them.

　　New recruits usually take the training along with other members either online or on the site.  After they start serving in the library, they will meet in the morning of every Thursday morning.  Sometimes they will hold some seminar to learn more about library management and related issues.
