    During the betel nuts researching process, we've tried some betel-nut cuisines. We would like to share with you as follows...

1.Pork chops soup with betel-nut tree palm

¡¶Pork chops soup with betel-nut tree palm

(1) Materials: pork chops, betel-nut tree palm

(2)Good taste:

        This is the last cuisine which uses betel-nut trees--betel-nut tree palm. Just like its name, put the rib and tree palm stew together. The betel-nut tree palm tastes crunchy and also soft in some parts, just like the bamboos. The taste of the palms will stay a good smell in your mouth.

2.Betel-nut flower with julienne meat

¡¶Betel-nut flower with julienne meat

(1) Materials: betel-nut flowers, julienne flowers, garlic.

(2)Good taste:

    This cuisine is just like the rib soup, teachers made it themselves. The way to do it is very simple, first of all, fried the garlic until its smell comes out then add the betel-nut flowers and julienne meat. But the betel-nut flowers were too hard to chew. (Teacher told us that the flower were too old.) People could barely swallow it. Teacher laughed at us as we were chewing like cows. There are many fibers in the betel-nut food, I guarantee everybody against all digest problems.

3.Mixed betel-nut Flowers

¡¶Mixed betel-nut flowers

(1) Materials: betel-nut flowers, roasted meat, garlic, green onions, chilies

(2)Directions:

    First of all, put the betel-nut flowers into the boiled water for thirty seconds. Cut the roasted meat into pieces, and cut the chilies, green onion as thin as the silk. Finally, put all the materials together and mix them up a little bit. This is a simple but good taste appetizer.

4.Fried vegetable frogs

¡¶Fried vegetable frogs

(1) Materials:Betel-nut palm, red and yellow pepper, ginger, basil, cilantro, chilies, paste

(2)Directions:

    Cut the betel-nut palm into pieces and preserve it with salt. Dip it inside the paste and fried it. Fried the ginger with big fire and put all the seasons inside. Add some red and yellow peppers. Put them on the dish and organize them. This cuisine looks beautiful and taste sour and sweet, you won't forget about this after you taste it.
