Since 2020, our childhood has been changed...
Alcohol disinfection, wearing masks, and online courses have become our daily routine. Nintendo released the switch at the time, and parents had to help us grab the goods. The popularity can be seen. The popular Animal Crossing Friends Club allowed us to play games and interact in the online virtual world because of the epidemic...
Gradually, going out has become a luxury. We also heard that many students have entered a state of excessive use of 3C, but we really want to go out and play. We miss the joy of playing in the playground with our friends and the free air.

The easiest way we are allowed to explore the world is through games, but games are too much of a luxury for us, homework always precedes games, and playing is sometimes seen as a waste of time without learning.
From the government's joint efforts to build a child-friendly city (UNICEF), we found that many parents actually attach great importance to this matter. They have established some organizations to combine government and private forces to promote the establishment of featured playgrounds throughout Taiwan.
There are also several featured playgrounds in Taichung City, which are not only novel and diverse public green space, but also become a characteristic tourist attraction in Taichung. Many parents and children will specially visit these featured playgrounds when they travel to Taichung.

Making the case for more playful and child-friendly places,It is obvious that children’s play experiences and everyday freedoms are hugely shaped by the places where they live.
So anyone who cares about these issues should also be concerned about the qualities of neighbourhoods, towns and cities, and about how they are planned, designed and built.
This point is of course very acute; we have for some time been aware that we must design for the most vulnerable in society,
to ensure the inclusiveness of our cities and make them accessible for all.
This thinking arguably has not yet extended to children though - as designing for children is not an accepted norm by any stretch.
A Child-Friendly City Scale from UNICEF
Child friendliness is partly a matter of respect for children’s rights, and their health and well-being,” But what is distinctive about a child-friendly city is that children are active and visible in the streets, parks and public spaces of the urban fabric. So my definition has two components. First, children have children have lots of choice about their play and free time. And second, they enjoy a high degree of everyday freedom – by which I mean the freedom to get around, explore and meet with their friends on foot or by bicycle or public transport.

Park construction Department plays the role of changing the urban landscape.
It is the best place to promote urban aesthetics. At the same time,
it provides an environment for citizens to relax and exercise, and changes people's living and leisure habits.
Extend the public art from the street space to the park, make the pavement, facilities and street furniture artistic,
and spread the greenery from the park to the block, creating a new aesthetic of the city and bringing new views and feelings to the citizens.
The Universal Design Park is one of the important promotion projects in the Melody Project.
It emphasizes that through design, the park can accommodate the conditions and needs of different groups,
provide a leisure space for people of various ages to rest and develop their abilities, and meet the needs of different groups.
Competence needs to achieve group social tolerance and respect.
Therefore, the Taichung City Melody Project,
in addition to the space design of a child-friendly city,
hopes to provide children with diverse and challenging play facilities.
These characteristic park facilities have also become well-known parent-child sightseeing spots in Taichung City.
