We are very grateful for our relatives, friends and volunteers who gave us great assistance during the project.

We would like to extend our thanks to the owner of stinky tofu stand – Chen, Ping-Cheng, so we could finish the project successfully.



We are appreciative of Mr. Chen’s great help. He offered us a great deal of knowledge and information on stinky tofu production and told us how stinky tofu is made, helping us during the process of exploration to gain valuable knowledge and experience, so our project could go smoothly.




We thank the owner of the breakfast shop – Yu, Mei-Li, who fully supported us, presenting us with varied and nice contents.




We are grateful for Ms. Yu who explained and demonstrated to us how radish cake is made and offered tasty radish cakes for students to eat. She gave us a decent tour for us to know more about the specialty - radish cakes.
