The origin of pineapple cakes can be traced back to the era of Three Kingdoms. Liu, Pei married the sister of Sun, Chuan, offering the bride cakes made out of pineapples. After Yen, Ping’s amendment, the cakes were designed to be of delicate sizes, within around 25 to 100 grams, and that marked the birth of pineapple cakes. There is a history of cake amendments in pineapple cakes and their filling contains not only of pineapples.






Grated Pineapples (about 1 pineapple) 900 Grams
Malt Sugar 80 Grams
Salt 1 Gram
Rock Sugar 60 Grams
Butter 10 Grams

We made pineapple cake filling out of fresh pineapples.
We bought pineapple cakes ingredients in supermarkets.




Butter 120 Grams
Icing Sugar 36 Grams
A Little of Salt
1 Egg
Low Gluten Flour 180 Grams
Milk Powder 45 Grams
Almond Flour 60 Grams

Mix low gluten flour, butter, icing sugar, egg and shortening oil in the above-mentioned order to form the dough. Then, divide it into smaller doughs of roughly same sizes. Place the pineapple filling in, put them in molds and lastly, place them in an oven. Done.
Step 1: pour the ingredients in a pot
Step 2: mix the ingredients evenly


Step 3: wait until the ingredients ferment, cut it in chunks
Step 4: stir pineapples to make pineapple cake filling


















Step 5: cut the filling into chunks of same sizes
Step 6: place the filling in and put them in molds


Step 7: put them in molds to cut them in chunks


Step 8: place them in an oven to wait for the result of
