History of LIH CHENGE WOOD
Born in Shuikou, Lugang Town,
Started to learn woodworking, making fine small objects such as pencil boxes.
At that time, my brother went to Taipei to study door and window carpentry and made windows and doors for the dormitory of the US Army Advisory Group.
Assisted in the restoration of traditional Japanese villas flooded by the August 1 Flood, attracted by the Japanese-style set of horizontal rooms (flower windows).
Returned to Lukang to continue door and window carpentry, and began to conceive of the flower window totem.
Improved equipment and tried to make decorative windows. Because the decoration is not popular, the public is quite unfamiliar with decorative windows.
Stained windows began to spread in Taipei, Sanchong, Chiayi and other places.
