Hong Yi

Today, our team went to visit the General Manager of Mushroom Tribe in Puxin – Fang, Shi Wen. He told us that in 1990, because of a lack of manpower, instability in revenue and poor quality, they decided to retrofit equipment. Until 2000, high-tech cultivation reduced manpower required. They hired more knowledge talented employees and stabilized the quality. He also told us that blue ray stimulates the growth of mushrooms, but too much blue ray causes mushrooms to grow short. Also, when selecting mushrooms, choose those of medium size because the big ones are too old.
The general manager is funny and humorous. He not only helped us to establish a better understanding of mushrooms but also showed us the cultivation room to personally see how it worked. We really gained a lot of knowledge. We are grateful for Manager Fang’s passionate hospitality.

At nine in morning, we gathered in the classroom and was ready to head toward Mushroom Tribe to visit its mushroom cultivation master – General Manager Fang, Shi Wen.
When we arrived at Mushroom Tribe, we went to a meeting room to listen to mushroom cultivation master – General Manager Fang, Shi Wen to give an introduction of Mushroom Tribe’s development and origin with a projector. Then, we interviewed him. Every of my classmate eagerly raised questions and he answered with clarity. We got to know more about mushrooms.
After interviewing mushroom cultivation master – General Manager Fang, Shi Wen, we started to see around its newly-introduced modern dust-free equipment and culture room. We experienced being a farmer and we all thought it fun.
I’m so glad to have a chance to visit Mushroom Tribe and I hope I can come again.

Ting Han

When we enter Mushroom Tribe, we saw a handsome man walking toward us, and he was identified as the general manager of Mushroom Tribe – Mr. Fang. He zealously imparted to us lots of knowledge about the farm and we all paid great attention to him.
When Manager Fang made the introduction, I listened carefully and received a great deal of knowledge about Mushroom Tribe, for example, the story of him started the business from scratch with his partners, and the core concept of Xun You Biotechnology which is centered around human being, advocating abiding by natural rules, respecting lives and devoting to food safety. It uses the technology that abide by natural rules and infuse technology into natural life. Through promoting organic life style, they hope that all the consumers eat healthily and have fun there. I learnt a lot.
Through the visit to Mushroom Tribe, I gained much knowledge on mushrooms and I hope to visit again!

Zi Xuan

Owing to Cyberfair, I had the chance to visit Mushroom Tribe. On the farm, we saw many mushroom products and culture rooms. I learnt a lot.
I also used many approaches to get to know more about mushrooms, for example, I touched them and found that its texture is solid; I observed them with my own eyes and they all look huge! Besides, I also tasted fried mushrooms, mushroom meatball soup and mushroom dumplings. They are delicious. I hope I can visit Mushroom Tribe again.

Zhi Qing

This morning, we headed toward Mushroom Tribe from our school. When we arrived, we had a tour to see how mushrooms are grown and cultivated. The general manager of the farm – Mr. Fang was friendly and generous. He is also a mushroom expert in Puxin Town, Changhua County. He treated us to mushroom dumplings and king oyster mushrooms. I was so pleased. I also got to know some kinds of mushrooms such as abalonus, apricot fragrant mushroom, ganoderma tsugae and ganoderma amboinense.
General Manager Fang was awarded Mushroom Shen Nong first price in the 95th year of the Republic Era. It was amazing. I hope I can have another chance to come to Mushroom Tribe again!
