Originally, the traditional uses of Anka were as an ingredient for brewing alcohol, edible food coloring, and meat preservatives. But now in the modern day, it is used to replace harmful chemical additives, increase the nutritional benefits of different food items, and develop healthy food items. In addition, the home economy classes in school teach different ways to use Anka as a dye, and as a material for Anka soap.
