In order to carry forward the Anka culture of the Shulin area, our school’s teachers always try to incorporate Anka into their curriculums. We observe the Monascus Purpureus fungus in biology class, cook delicious Anka dishes in our home economics class, make Anka soap as gifts for our graduating classmates, and make gift boxes for the soap in our art class.
