Interview Authorization Forms

In the Internet era, information is readily and easily accessible, so when we did our research for the Cyberfair project, we followed the guidelines regarding intellectual property rights, copyrights, and personal information protection act stringently. Any secondary information used on our website will be credited to its original source, and all interviews were done with consent from the interviewee. In this research, all the text, pictures, and music on our website were obtained through observations, interviews with, or provided by its website. We only published the content on our website after receiving written consent from every interview.

If there is more than one interviewee with the same position, only one will be listed with one authorization form as a sample. Paper copies of all authorization forms are kept at Yu-Tsai Elementary School. Should there be any cause for concern, actual copies of authorization forms may be examined for verification.
