News 1： <The 5 Chaoses of YouBike destruction that netizens talked>

Youbike was stolen on the road, steal saddles and lights on malice, cut the line when waiting for Youbike, slam on the brakes suddenly on the sidewalk, and hit on pedestrians by the bells.

News 2： <Cyclists ride YouBike to Wuling ; Cyclists apologized :"He was willing to damage">

A man named Lo ride YouBike which can only be rode on the ground to Wuling. The YouBike operation unit declared that there aren’t laws banned people from riding YouBike going out of Taipei City. And the destructions of that YouBike are only tires and brake pads, so the YouBike operation unit won’t claim for compensation or stop the right of renting YouBike. The unit indicated that they will change the rental rate, the more time you ride the more money you pay.

News 3： < The 6 illegal events of YouBike have increased>

There are over 170 thousands of people riding bike for commuting, but illegal events have also increased. The most notable are running red lights, crossing fast lane, and riding bikes at sidewalk or in arcade. Based on the record, these illegal events have increased. Also there are illegal parking everywhere, despite there are many YouBike station. Moreover, the signs of bicycles’ lanes aren’t clear enough, people hope Taipei City Hall can initiate and improve the condition.

<Petition requirement>

  1. Follow YouBike riding rule sand traffic rules, signs and not zigzagging.
  2. Giving way to pedestrians, keeping safe distance from cars, and paying attention to cars.
  3. Do not ride in arcade, ride on the bicycle lane.
  4. Cherish YouBike, do not do any action to damage YouBike.
  5. When you are riding, stay focused and do not use consumer electronics.
  6. When finding problems about YouBike, reverse the seat and inform the staff.
  7. When finding trash in the basket, throw it to trash can.
  8. When finding lost-and-found objects, give them to police station.
  9. Remind pedestrians in kindness.
