Tea course of Beitou Community College is founded in 2002 and it's also the only one professional educational institution in Beitou to leture tea culture for more than ten years. Mr. Chai Rui Min served as the teacher of this tea course, from the clasee setup until now. He is usually studying Chinese mainland, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and other countries in history, culture, and other kinds of tea and related professional and good at tea ceremony decorations and tea making technology.

From the vision, taste and sense knowledge in three areas, so that students who steeped in tea combination of art, soul and enjoy the atmosphere, not only former participants taste tea interesting, more indirect effects around their family and friends fell in love with tea, tea culture forward the considerable contribution .

Reflection :

In community college tea class , there are many teachers interested in making tea. Before each class, has a "drink tea before class," sometimes is Wulong, sometimes is Jin Xuan, sometimes Tieguanyin and so on. After drink tea, all people relaxed and happy. After visiting community college, I found I had lots things must to learn! From the tea ceremony pendulum method, how to make tea and  other actions, each step must be careful and graceful.
