Cai Bi-Zhu was the designer of China Pottery Arts company. Her most skillful is painting on pottery, especially Hundred Children and Ladies illustrator. Sometimes one artwork will take a month to complete. Leisure travelers often beloved in these works because those painting integrates traditional Chinese poetry style.

Today we visit Mrs. Cai, she was China Pottery Art employees. Cai Bi-zhu specialized on delicate decoration. Soft lines had been drawn to be a beautiful figure of Mercy Buddha. From the interview, we know that the founder Mr. Ren Ke-zhong encouraged employees to do in-service training. And that's why they were able to produce high quality products which government would like to choose the art works from their company to be the gift for diplomates. All the efforts they made helps having more job opportunities in Beitou. Mrs. introduced many pottery left by ancestor, let me admired ancestors' works of art.
