Let’s find together

 

Let’s find together, i.e. the students are motivated to find the sewing workshops in Luzhou. The idea is created because of the following 2 points,

  1. 1. Many students have no idea what sewing workshops are, and some teachers even believe that there are not many sewing workshops left in Luzhou. However, what on earth is the fact, we have to investigate.
  2. 2. In order to find the sewing workshops which we can interview, we have to figure out where they are located.

 

In order to investigate where the sewing workshops, we designed the study sheet after discussion together, and advocated in Grade 5 later. We selected students from Grade 5 because we and the teachers both believe that they are capable of completing the task. So we invited them to assist in investigation at home. The following are the content of the study sheet after discussion, and the study sheet collected by them.

  2. 2. Name of society: 2015 Lu Jiang Elementary School Cyberfair Project Team.
  3. 3. Note: we never paid attention to the sewing workshops in the lanes and alleys to observe what they were up to while we passed by. In the 1970s, the textile industry used to occupy some market share, but lost their glory as time passes by. The theme of Cyberfair Project this year is the investigation of the industry that was prosperous. However, how many such work places are around the school? We want you to help observe whether there are sewing workshops on your way home. Let us complete the map together. Thanks for your help!
