           Groceries are extensively applied to our life. In order to help people to know how to choose groceries,we interview some bosses in different stores.The followings are the ways of choosing mushroom, scallop, mullet roe, dried shrimp and orange daylily.

Mushroom：

      Whenyou buy mushroom,we should observe its color first.If the color is brown,it is more fresh than others. When we pick up dried mushroom,we should observe the color of fold.If the color is white or light brown,it is better than others.

Dried shrimp：

       When you pick up dried shrimp,we should choose complete shape and shineone and good dried shrimp smells good and fresh. In order to saving,some dried shrimps will add salt,if we add too much salt that is easy to be moldy.

Mullet roe：

      When you buy mullet roe,we should choose the better one which looks like clean and neat and and the color is lighter than pink.

Scallop：

       Whenyou buy scallop,you should use your hand to touch it,it is must be dry but sticky. Then,you can smell the mullet roe,it doesn’s have an offensive smell.The color of mullet roe should be gold,if the color turning into brown which isn’s fresh.

Orange daylily：

        Though it is a dried food,it only can be saved six to eight mouthsunder room temperature and it will tunn into brown. The cold storage in refrigerator is the best place to save dried orange daylily. When you choose dried orange daylily,you better smell it.The better one has a sweet smell.
