Questionnaire Design and Data Collection
  The questionnaire is designed by Green Explorers, based on the landscapes and activities in Cheng-Kung Office Park. The aim of the questionnaire is to analyze the public's understanding to Cheng-Kung Office Park.
  The data collection has processed in two ways, one is Google Form, which proceeded in school; the other is proceeded in paper form outside the school. In this collection, 258 questionnaires were issued, 246 are valid, 12 are invalid.

A. School teachers asked the students from 4th to 6th grade to complete the questionnaire in computer class. (Section 1)

B. After asking teachers' permission from every class, Green Explorers delivered paper questionnaires to the classes. (Section 2)

(A). Understanding to Cheng-Kung Office Park
  In this section, we developed 11 questions. Here's the result after analysis:
1.Only 51% people have got information or news of Cheng-Kung Office Park, which means there is still about 50% people never heard about the Park. (Photo 1); In the 51% people, 16% are residents, 30% heard from friends and relatives, only 20% have got information directly from the Park. (Photo 2); however, there are 37% people who have never been Cheng-Kung Office Park. According to the result, many residents in Changhua know little about the Park, even never been there. We suggest that the park can be advertised by different media.

2. The result shows the main reasons make people visit the Park are, the ecosystem, fresh air and exercising purpose. The development of Green Camp is a success. (Photo 4) Hence we suggest the Park can put more effort on developing on Green Camp, activities which enhance interaction between people and nature. We believe that more and more people will love this place.

3. The result shows that only 22% people know there are weekly park guides. (Photo 5), 17% also know monthly butterfly guide. (Photo 6); additionally, only 23% attended the park guides. (Photo 7) According to the result, The guides are lack of being advertised. Most people never heard these activities are interesting and free. The analysis also tells that nearly 70% people are willing to attend the guides. We suggest that the Park can promote their activities by social network, such as building official website, Facebook fan page to increase message circulation(Photo 9); otherwise, the tour guide can be redesigned, for example, the tour guide can be combined with line 139 trail or bicycle trail because 13% visits the Park by bikes and 15 % by walk. If hiking and cycling can be combined with the Park tour guide, people will get messages from the Park more easily.

(B)Satisfaction of Visiting Cheng-Kung Office Park
  In the section of satisfaction, we also developed 16 questions. Here's the result after analysis:
1. Most people answered with "Totally agree" and "Agree" to the facilities in Cheng-Kung Office Park, including: tour routes, guiding signs, park introduction, attitude and guiding of voluntary guides, environment in the Park, parking lot, restroom, ideas of Green Camp. Some people answered with "Neutral". There are few "Disagree" and "Totally disagree." According to the result, people are satisfied with the Park.
2. Things that impress people the most are the animals and plants in the Park, next are the military ruins, the trails, the wide ground for playing and relaxing and park guides. (Photo 11) People's favorite spots are Wood Chips Trail and Animal Farm. (Photo 12) The ecosystem and development of trails are successful, which shows the ideas and core value of Green Camp. As a result, Green Explorers tried to present the beauty of nature and trails in the Park by many methods, for instance, making QR Code of animals and plants and trail maps. We want to share the valuable resources with the public.

3. The greatest issue in the Park is the biting midge. People answered with "Negative" in question 12, "Would you recommend the Park to your friends and families?", the main reason is the biting midge issue; same reason in question 13, "Would you like to visit the Park again?" In question 15, many people suggested that the elimination of biting midge should be concerned. The biting midge is a major issue in the Park. As Green Explorers knows, biting midge has been a pain in the neck to the administrators. The Park is located in the foot of Baguashan Mountain where has been occupied by biting midge. It's difficult to eliminate the biting midges with Eco-friendly methods. The administrators in the Park are trying to develop an Eco-friendly way to solve the problem. (Photo 13)

4. Over all, the result shows that people have positive impression to the Park. There are 85% people agree with visiting the Park again(Photo 14), and nearly 90% people will recommend the Park to their friends and families. (Photo 15) The reasons are the vast ecosystem in the park, fresh air for hiking, charming views, appropriate place for exercise, quiet environment, convenient location, educational purpose and the green lands. These reasons are also our aims of study. In addition, there are nearly 50% people who are willing to be the volunteers to learn more ecosystem and environment in the Park. According to the data and feedback, Cheng-Kung Office Park is definitely a worth visiting place in Changhua.
