Jiangjun Road is 100 meters long with concrete surface. Beside the road, there are Camphor tree, White Mahogany, Taiwan Banyan, Formosan gum which are common trees in the Park.

The buildings on both sides are military dorms. After the army moved out, the dorms were reconstructed into the classrooms for Changhua Arts Senior High School.

Cheng-Kung Green Garden Camping Place located in Changhua City park road, at the foot of Bagua Mountain, Changhua City Center is within a five minute drive from paradise. Camp was originally an Army artillery camp, entitled " Cheng-Kung Office Park." In 1993, the army officially moved out and transferred the land to Changhua City Government, the Changhua County Government plansed to take over several vision of its development, and finally in 2003 it was positioned as a green environmental learning camp, plans to build as an urban environmental learning center. Currently, Cheng-Kung Green Garden Camping Place for learning is Changhua public good neighbor, and it has formed a complete itinerary in Changhua.
