Making process of the buns

Baozi is a kind of dough that is made from flour and water before being steamed. There are many kinds of baozi. In other words, baozi is a steamed bun with stuffing, and steamed bun is a baozi without any stuffing.

Blender: Puts flour, milk powder (of a New Zealand’s brand), crude sugar, and yeast in to the blender and make dough.

Pressing machine: Put the dough into the pressing machine, which makes the bubbles smaller and the dough more refined.
Kneading machine Places the dough into the kneading machine, in which the dough become long, thin slices.
Cutting (for steamed buns) :The dough are cut into equally long slices for the making of buns.
Chunking (for baozi): The dough are made into equally large ones, and kneaded to be round dough.
The dough are made into round piece.
Stuffing (for baozi):Put the stuffing into the dough and make 16 folds on the baozi.
fermenter: The fermentation process that lasts for 1.5 hours is responsible for the 85% of product quality.
Steamer: Place the dough in the steamer, which produces steamed buns and baozi that are 2.3 times than dough.
