       At Din Tai Fung, they always insisted on remaining the original and natural taste of all the ingredients. "Din Tai Fung is one of the best ten restaurants in the world,” New York Times (1993).

      People would ask, “Was Din Tai Fung really that good?” The answer was yes. Most of the customers would like to go to the restaurant again after their first visit.

      Mr. Yang, the son of the founder, expected the highest quality in their production process. He only allowed a zero-point-two-gram difference between each dumpling.

      Everybody could experience the freshness and delicacy of the food at Din Tai Fung. Mr. Yang’s gourmet philosophy led Din Tai Fung to become one of the most famous restaurants in the world.
