The most impressive thing is, when I arrived at the tea factory. I saw there are three plates of fading tea on the floor and I can smell the flavor of tea. The process of “Fixation” is very hard. It is necessary to use 180 degree’s water to fry the tea. Even when I’m standing next to the aunt who’s doing this job was sweat. Not to mention the aunt must be really hot and tired. The lesson of today is I finally can realize the efforts of making tea and also let me know that I need to cherish every tea I drink.

The research of “Port Tea” really helps me learn a lot. To make teas is so difficult, it needs many procedures. We also make tea jelly and tea ice cream. Both are so delicious. Anybody who has interested in it should give it a try. And give yourself a little bit more spare time to walk around in “Tieng Tea Garden”. The view there is pretty good and always has the smell of tea in the wind. Hope everybody can try to make teas so that you will know that’s not a easy job.

During the process of making Port Tea, I learned so much knowledge about teas. The most impressive thing for me is to make teas and brew teas; in fact, it’s really complicated during the process of making teas, you have to repeat the cycle of process of making teas, in order to produce a beautiful taste of the Port Tea!! Before I make teas I thought there would only be few steps to brew teas, but it’s not true, there are many tiny details you need to pay attrition to!! For example, you cannot drink the first brewing tea, and the tea taste better when it’s hot etc…, this experience makes me understand more about my hometown culture, and knowing how hard is to make teas.

The most impressive thing for me to remember is you have to cover the tea by cloth during the tea making process, and take the whole thing to the machine to make it a giant hard shaped ball!! It seems easy to make teas, but to make good teas; it takes a lot of knowledge!! Not only brewing teas, picking teas and making teas etc… are extremely hard!! But for us with no experience to do that seems to be impossible!! But those people who make teas, they have no complaining over about it, which makes me realize that’s the attitude what we should learn from them.
