        After this period of researching and interviewing, we not only tasted two exotic betel-nut dishes but also gained the information about the new betel-nut foods introduced by Dr. Lan. He was being so hospitality to let us try the taste of betel-nut vinegar and betel-nut wine. The following are some foods made of betel nuts. Let's see and share together.

1.Preserved Betel Nuts:

¡¶Preserved betel nuts

(1)Material: Betel nuts, sugar

(2)packing: exquisite, with a popular celebrity on the cover.

(3)For beat before date: clear on the pack.

(4)This pack of preserved betel nuts was brought from Hu-Nan, China. The elders who brought back this told us it was delicious, and people there in Hu-Nan eat preserved betel nuts to help digest better.  Teacher said that it looks like the preserved mango in their childhood, all of us would like to try and taste it but to our disappointment, it was expired.

 2.Betel-nut Wine, Betel-nut Vinegar:

¡¶Betel-nut Wine

(1)Material: Betel-nut flower, water, sugar, fermented rice

(2)Direction:

A. collect the betel-nut flowers about 1 kg. with freshness and fragrance.

B. put the flowers into 10L boiled water.

C. add 5kg. of sugar and cool it down.

D. mix the fermented rice with flowers and sugar then store it in the bottle.

E. seal the bottle with saran-wrap and set for three to four weeks.

F. the wine will turn into vinegar after a while.

3.Betel-nut Fragrance With Lemon Enzyme

¡¶Betel-nut fragrance with lemon enzyme

(1)Material: betel-nut flowers, lemon, sugar, fructose, ferment

(2)Function:Dr. Lan gave each of us a bottle of betel-nut fragrance with lemon enzyme. We all felt great after tasting it. Dr. Lan said that betel-nut fragrance with lemon enzyme is a natural good made by ferment, it contained protein and vitamin C, they help digesting and gain the energy, also remove the tireing feeling. Therefore, it should be ridged after opening it. Dr. Lan also reminded us to shake it before drinking it, because it was normal to see the stuff on the bottom. We were thankful for Dr. Lan giving us this healthy beverage.
