Nanyang street A surfeit of high school students taking over the Nanyang Street is commonplace, but an increasing number of college students have made their way there as well. The flyers or direct mailers sometimes will read “Calculus Class,” “Civil Law Class,” “Criminal Law Class,” etc. The “degree-pursuing paradigm” espoused by many has spread the “air of cramming” to many college students, who hope to either find a decent job or advance their career in the future. In light of this, it is not too much to say that the influence buxiban culture has on students of different age groups is massive. As for workers, by and large, they engage in such sectors as finance, service, civil service, and commerce, a result in line with the utilization of buildings.
