We have been through a lot and overcome a number of difficulties throughout the research project. This project helped us to grow and brought about precious memories

◎ Wei-li Wu :
     The experience at Teng's Investigation Team enabled me to express my opinions. Before this project, I dared not to freely express myself. Thanks to the teachers and classmates. Nonetheless, I am still a bit timid. I have something to say to my teachers and classmates: a big thank-you to your instructions, tolerance and caring. It is now the winter vacation, but we still carry on with our activities, with a number of days schedule for work already. Although I can only make it for a day, I carry out discussions with the teachers and classmates via the bulletin board or status reports. We still need to continue our efforts, further improve our work and do something that is beneficial to us. I will certainly log on to our website to discuss with my teachers and classmates what we should. We do not need to win the prize, as long as we work hard!

◎ Jia-ying Chen :
     I am also pleased to be part of Cyberfair. Because of this opportunity, I came to learn a lot of things, such as posters and cards production. I was so thrilled that I learned how to use the image processing software.

◎ Pei-chen Li :
     Although we encountered a lot of difficulties during the process of this task, I really tried hard to complete it so that I could hand it in to the teacher. I also hoped that my teacher would be pleased at reading my assignment. Even though I did not focus too much in class, I really wanted to learn. We were required to produce web pages in class, which I found rather difficult. We also produced posters. Although painting is not exactly my hobby, I tried hard to complete the task assigned the teacher assigned to me. We also used the image processing software to produce invitation cards for the teachers. I found this software application easy-to-use and convenient. Some classmates do not yet know how to use this application. I managed to overall whatever challenges in the project on Teresa Teng. For this I really appreciate our teachers' efforts.

◎ Pei-an Wang :
     Our first activity was the production of posters introducing Teresa Teng. We made a mess during the process. It took us nearly a week to get things done! And we were very embarrassed of our lack of productivity. After this came the second activity: conducting interviews. I was completely stunned at the idea. The least thing I am able to do was to conduct interviews, let along interviewing Teacher Han-chuan Liao, Teresa Teng's teacher at her alma mater. On the day of the interview, I met the teacher himself. In the beginning, I was very nervous and I was worried that I would stammer and get cold feet. Luckily, the interview went well. A heavy burden was lifted off my shoulders. Ever since I joined the Teresa Teng project, I have come across various difficulties and have learned to cope with them. This was my biggest learning.

◎ Bo-hui Li :
     The first problem we encountered was the production of posters. Due to a lack of team spirits, we were running out of time! Toward the end, we had to rush everything. Now we know that the desire for speed does not necessarily help. The final output was not very satisfactory. We have learned our lessons and will not bicker again.Following the poster production, we invited Teacher Han-chuan Liao to accept our interview. As we were new to this type of interviews, we were all somewhat nervous.One student asked him to recall what happened to Teresa Teng, but could not articulate the question so Teacher Han-chuan Liao could not really understand the question and was not able to answer. Or, some of us did not speak loud enough so that Teacher Han-huan Liao did not hear their questions. However, the overall process was smooth and nothing unpleasant happened. As far as the first-time interviewers were concerned, the result was not too bad. Afterwards, we continued with many other activities. I have learned a lot through each and every activity. Thanks to the instructions from our teachers.

◎ Bo-hsiang Wang :
     I have been working with our team members for many months by now. We work hard to complete our tasks. Of course, I have experienced difficult times in dealing with my team members. Sometimes I could not see eye to eye to my classmates. When we were producing the posters, some members would forget to bring what they were supposed to. However, we handled these challenges one by one. We have to face challenges. Luckily, we have good team spirits so it was not such a big issue. Therefore, I believe that team spirits are the best answer to resolving difficult issues.

◎ Chi-hua Li :
     When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. We strived to overcome whatever difficulties during the research process. We cannot stay where we are. We need to march on! We can lose the battle to others, but not to ourselves.

◎ Wen-chi Chao :
     I feel that the participation of Cyberfair broadens our knowledge base and enhances our computer literacy. What a nice way to kill two birds with one stone!

◎ Yu-jie Chen :
     We needed to meet up during lunch breaks for our Cyberfair efforts. Sometimes we did not have much time for lunch. However, there was always something new at school so I was really happy! I always looked forward to what the teacher would tell us next time. We will try harder to learn whatever we are taught, because it is a privilege to join Cyberfair. Only a few of us were the lucky ones! We were so lucky.
