 A¡G In order to promote social education and life-long learning, ¡§Social Contribution Award¡¨ is a special encouragement for a person or a community those who contribute to our social. And we hope that they will do their best to build a better society.
Q2¡GWhat's the origin and purpose of the Award?
   A¡G There are so many people and communities devoted themselves and do services to our society. The officers of Taipei County Government thought that they should be cited to the public. The purpose of ¡§Social Contribution Award¡¨ is that to let people know who they are and what they did.

 Q3¡GWould you please tell me what¡¦s the contribution that Mr. Chen Forng-Shean devoted himself to Taipei County?
 A¡G Mr. Chen is a special Micro-Carving and Brick-Carving artist. As a matter of fact for promoting both arts, Mr. Chen teaches the public how to engrave miniature and brick frequently. In my opinion, he is the best candidate for the ¡§Social Contribution Award¡¨.
Q4¡GWhat's the perspective for establishing ¡§Social Contribution Award¡¨?
   A¡G Either a person or a community those who made their efforts to get good experiences and achievements. They could share their performances to the public, and to be a model of our society. We want to find more brilliant person to do service to our society, and promote social education of Taipei County.

 A¡G The culture and art promotion including sightseeing, exhibitions, and outdoor activities. The main reason is to increase the cultivated person in our society. We expect that our society can have more relish to our cultivated person
