From the past experience of interviewing with Achuan Mesona Factory in Ershu Township, we are now not stressed out when we have another chance to interview the Director- General and Division Chief of Ershui Farmerˇ¦s association. Moreover, the prior experience also enhances our interview skills in various aspects.

Based on the accumulated knowledge of Mesona and the educatuve experience told by Mrs. Chun Huang, our understanding and recognition of Mesona jumps from beginners to a certain level

Our top priority of the upcoming interview is to understand the process of making Mesona, the methods of coorperation, and the marketing strategies. Similar to the preparations of the earlier interview, the teacher again guidse us to come up with our own questions first, and repeatedly asks us what answers we intend to receive based on those. Learning from this method not only shapes us to strengthen our ability to think logically, but also helps us to understand a crucial concept that a good questions would lead to a good answers. In conclusion, it is a valuable experience again.

Because of the previous lesson from the Mesona factory, we didnˇ¦t spend much time on practicing mock interview this time. Nevertheless, we are confident that we would have an outstanding performance and finish the interview successfully.
