Besides watching hand puppetry, you can also try to play puppets on your own. However, puppets are quite expensive to buy. Here we introduce you how to make a unique puppet with the simple tools and materials that are available in our daily life. The following is how to do it.

3. Process:
1. The head: Cover the paper clay onto the Yakult bottle and knead it into the shape of head. After the clay is dried, add hair and draw the five sense organs to. The head is done. If there is no paper clay, you can also use a paper and cover it onto the Yakult bottle. The finished head can be added with different decorations as you wish. (See the photo)

2. The body: Cut the cloth into the size of a palm and cut a hole at the top. Glue the both sides up. However, it would be better if the sides were sewed up by needles. The finished body can be added with decorations as you wish. (See the photo)

3. Other parts (hands, legs, weapons): Knead the paper clay into the shapes of hands and legs. Weapons can be made from toothpicks. (See the photo)

4. Put the above 3 parts together and the homemade puppet is finished. Isn’t very easy? Have a try if you are interested.
