           Fu-Jen Hang is located in the Dihua Street,and it is near the intersection of Dihua Street and Minsheng W. Rd. Zhao-Gang,Lin is responsible for the store now. When we walk into the store,we see a variety of groceries,inclusive of bird’s nest soup,shark fins and gift boxes. There are also mullet roe in the cold storage, it is Japanes favorate food. Because the situation of Dadaocheng Wharf is convenient,they choose here as their store.With extension and prosperity, the whole street is full of groceries’ culture and become bustling.

           Fu-Jen Hang is inherited from generation to generation,and Zhao-Gang,Lin is the fifth. Zhao-Gang,Lin had been an engineer before,but he quited his job for inheriting a family-owned business.Zhao-Gang,Lin applies his professional to run Fu-Jen Hang,and he designs a web site which he want sell and introduce merchandise online.

            Fu-Jen Hang had been built for hundred years,but they were still rebuilding and changing their selligs. In the past, the main customers of Fu-Jen Hang’ are gocery stores and middlemen,and they sold quantities of groceries. With the extension of convenience stores,the grocery stores were declined and the main customers turned into nuclear families. With the changes of customers’ requirments, Fu-Jen Hang start to divide merchandise into delicate packings.

           In the past,a lot of merchandise wasn’t allowed to import,so people always ask student studying abroad or tourists to bring the “TIVOLINA gift box” to sell. “TIVOLINA gift box” is the most famous and popularl merchandise of Fu-Jen Hang ,and Fu-Jen Hang is the only agent.

          Fu-Jen Hang is the earliest agent of “TIVOLINA gift box”

          The boss Zhao-Gang,Lin tell us that Fu-Jen Hang is a hundred-years old store,and they make efforts to maintain ancestors’ idea “credibility”. He indicates sources of all merchandise in order to let people know originations,like the soya sauce of Xiluo and bamboo sprouts of Fushan.  He also supervise the quality of goods,and eliminate the poor one. All he does is in order to make people feel safe.

Catching up with changes, Fu-Jen Hang make some adjustments. They turn the packings into delicate,and sell  some instant foods for cooking easily. At the same time,they show a variety of goods in order to attract young peple to shop.

       Through this interview,we found something impressive. Although Fu-Jen Hang is an hundred-years old store,they were still striving for running. They make their efforts to fit with different changes,we hope Fu-Jen Hang can insist forever.
