The favorite songs

Q1. In this concert, we played three songs, including : (1)Santa Claus is coming to town; (2)The Phantom of the Opera; (3)Por Una Cabeza. Which song is your favorite? Why?

• I like The Phantom of the Opera. The song has a high-pitched because it is motivational.
• I like The Phantom of the Opera. As this song has a various style, sometimes it's significant when the Phantom shows up, sometimes Christine sings tenderly. And sometimes it rocks. I feel great.
• I like Santa Claus is coming to town, since it gives me the atmosphere of Christmas.
• I like Por Una Cabeza due to its harmonic sounds.

Q2. The each concertmaster of instruments introduced many kinds of instruments. Which kind is your favorite?

• I like the sounds of accordion, piano and Xylophone.
• I like drum set, cymbals, and gong. After hearing that, I feel energetic.
• I like bass drum due to the motivational sound.
• I like drum set because I love the sense of rhythm.
• I like triangle because of the melodious sound

Q4. As a member of orchestra, what kind of ability or characteristic do you think one should have?

• I think one should be patient, persistent, confident, and capable. I would like to join theorchestra, because I know it pays once I work hard in it.
• I think one needs to be able to focus, persist in, be patient and with real power. I want to participate in the orchestra as I would like to give it a try if it's my pleasure to participate in the contest for our school.
• I think one should be patient, persistent and with real power. I might not join it, because I cannot take a break in the afternoon.

• Each teammate worked very hard in this show, and the performance was high quality. After listening to it, I really want to continue to listen to other songs.
• After the teacher told us how hard they practiced, I felt they are great. They played so well, and that must took them a lot of time practicing. I also want to join the band now.
• At the beginning of the concert, there was a cute Santa. And melodious songs came accordingly, and that was unforgettable.
• They are great. They spend their morning break and afternoon break time practicing and they have to memorize the composition. I really admire them.
• Each team member and each instrument play an important role in this orchestra. The performance can be successful because Ms. Liu teaches very well and students word very hard.

　　Most students are reluctant to participate in Children Orchestra. Actually, I feel frustrated, and I'm afraid that no one will play music there in the future. However, in the last question of the questionnaire, most of them showed satisfation. I felt more pleased with the result. Through the results of the questionnaire, I understood the feelings of most students. These opinions inspire us a lot.
