This has been an unforgettable experience for me. Although we had to work in lunch breaks, the result proved to be worthwhile. In the visit to the bakery, I learned that making baozi required more than I’d imagined. I was also very much impressed by Mr. Cheng’s insistence on using natural food materials in baking and compassion for those in need. I will follow his steps and help people when I grow up.

I thought the Cyber fair project was really cool at the very start. Then I came to know the challenges lying ahead before us: doing research, compiling data, and sending out questionnaires on street etc. We have faced with many problems along the way, and thanks to our teachers, all of them were resolved and the project was finally completed.

This Cyberfair project was very demanding for us all. After much work in interviewing, collecting information, compiling data, and typing, we have finally finished this work with cooperative efforts. I’ve absorbed a lot of knowledge, learned new things, and seen the whole new world in the process, and felt I’ve matured and become more intelligent in the end. I love the interviews in the bakery most, as we had such delightful interactions with the bakery staff.

I’ve learned a lot in the Cyberfair project, which gave me many first-times experience, such as making baozi for the first time, taking interviews for the first time, sending out questionnaires for the first time, collecting a whole chunk of data for the first time, and celebrating with the inmates of the Immaculate Heart Center for Mentally Handicapped for the first time. This project was very inspiring, and I was so glad to walk into the bigger world to absorb experience.

In the whole process of this project, I learned most when delivering questionnaires to passers-by. Even though some people gave us cold shoulders, we had made it with cooperation and teamwork. Also, the visit to the Immaculate Heart Center for Mentally Handicapped was very delightful and life-altering. We were each given a bottle of pickled cabbage to take home. We learned a lot from the project, such as the importance of courage and real-world experience. I would not forget the experience all my life.

I felt so honored to be a part of the Cyber fair team. I’ve learned the value of teamwork and courage to overcome obstacles. This was indeed one of most valuable experience in my primary school life. When making interviews with the people in the A-Zen Bakery, I learned that top-quality products are made with a spirit for perfection. When sending out questionnaires, I knew about the importance of courage and insistence. When visiting the Immaculate Heart Center for Mentally Handicapped, I learned to develop the spirit of helping others. I will make an effort to help others out like Mr. Cheng did, and make the world a better place.

During the three months, we have done many tasks together. What impressed me most were the visit to the bakery, and the visit to the Immaculate Heart Center for Mentally Handicapped. The heavenly flavor of the meat baozi, with it juicy content made me unforgettable, while the inmates of the Immaculate Heart Center for Mentally Handicapped taught me how to count one’s own blessings. I will follow the steps of Mr. Cheng and help many people when I grow up, as the old saying goes, “It was more blessed to give than to receive.”

This was the most fulfilling activity I’ve ever taken so far. By engaging with making baozi and sending our questionnaires, we learned how to work and how to interact with other people. Some customers were in a hurry and ignored us, which hurt our feelings. We helped with the work of design for T-shirts too. I thought this project would be too much trouble, which it was. What I didn’t know is the happiness and sense of fulfilment it brought us. This was a life-changing experience for me, and taught me a lot about so many things.

I was very thankful for our teacher who gave me this chance to be part of the project and provided training for our team, as we had no such experience before. Our teachers instructed us in many areas—from the theme of the project, how to conduct an interview, to how to ask questions—so that we can be better prepared before making interviews. I also learned from what Mr. Cheng did as a baker and as a philanthropist. He uses best materials to make baozi, and helps those in need, such as the inmates of the Immaculate Heart Center for Mentally Handicapped. He is the best role model for all of us.

When we made baozi in the A-Zen Bakery, I learned that a baozi was not as simple as it seemed. When we delivered questionnaires, I learned about the courage and patience when facing difficulties or problems. I was so glad to be part of the team, as through this project, I was acquainted with the history of the  A-Zen Bakery and understood how a businessman achieved success.
