Q1: The reason to compose an amazing team

Mr.Chang combined the teachers in the school, then get the different expertise teachers in the seminar together. Everyone has the same interest and ideas and we use our different specialties to establish a team at 2001 to teach students. We promote the teaching activities by this team. Because we have some Field research activities to help the course proceeding, this team becomes a community of cooperation and learning to each other.

Q2: The teaching conception of amazing team

1. Teach students not just by text books but by outdoor activities and let students experience course by themselves.
   
2. It can train students to have ability to learn by using tools. Furthermore, we can use old experience to solve the problems. Those students who do not like to participate in course activities can learn knowledge by hands on operating. And it is the best payback when we see the smile on students’ face after they have achievement.
   
3. It makes the nature as classroom and make students enjoy learning in this classroom. Moreover, students can have reaction, communication with nature and experience this classroom by themselves straightly. Ultimately, it can build a wonderful learning environment for students.
   
4. Let students be joyful and healthy to know the environment by education.
   
5. Though the teachers are not all the specialties in this field, students still learn very hard to absorb knowledge from those teachers. We choose the courses which are close to students’ lives to have teaching activities. Therefore, students have more willing to take part in activities and their ability of self-learning will emerge from it.

Q3:After participating in the harvest team after many years of teaching activities

1. The wisdom of teaching is from knowledge and experience, members in the team have their own expertise. And the biggest harvest of knowledge is from observation and chatting.
   
2. Students are from everywhere, and they have different experience of tool using. Therefore, it is a good place to learning and teaching.
   
3. The greatest payback is that students learn the knowledge happily and ask us some questions about courses.
   
4. Working with partners have consensus with us let us have happiness. With this support, we don’t pursue any payback. Because the accomplishment and happiness are the best payback for us.
   

Q4: What are the difficulties of doing multiple experiment?

1. The biggest difficulty is the collection of material. It need to be collected and stored such as the collection of bottles.
   
2. Besides, the searching of information is pretty difficult as well. The ecology in Taiwan is developing fast; however, it happens these years. The biological diversity in Taiwan is extremely high. Too many creatures do not have enough information to do research. Take moth as an example, too many kinds of moth do not have enough information to do research. Even the specialists have lots of debt on classification system of moth, and it makes me confuse tremendously.
   
3. Sometimes the difficulty is from weather and the lack of preparing time and resource. And the working time will be limited by my career– teacher in high school.
   
4. Some of our partners will retire, we need more teachers have willing to dedicate to join us.
   
5. Because I can do this job with my family, my family can enjoy their leisure time and learn new things by this job. Thus, this job do not disturb my family life.

Q5: Education enthusiasm and spirit of sustainable

1. I will keep pursuing the activity of team teaching. And I’ll have more time to invent new teaching material after retirement.
   
2. It’s essential to absorb new knowledge and keep finding new partner to join us to continue the teamwork spirit is important as well.
   
3. I hope I can have lots of passion and motivation to cooperate learning new knowledge with my partner. And it is a team has many aspects and learning activity and life experience.
