Clay

Clay is a popular children’s toy with great malleability and colors. Squeeze it to make cute items, and connecting it to a keychain can help make a lovely pendant. Children and adults can all enjoy it.

Mold a “butter lion”

The first DIY product taught to us by the teacher is the cute “butter lion” made with colorful clay.
It is very easy to make butter lions. First, it is necessary to let the clay rest, then after loosening the clay, roll the yellow clay into a large ball to make the butter lion’s face, then roll the blue clay into long strips, cut into eight equal parts with a plastic knife, after rolling each small blue piece into a small ball, paste it on the sides of the yellow clay to make the mane.
Next, the face is decorated. Black clay is rolled into two small balls as the eyes of the butter lion. Finally, white clay is placed on the face of the butter lion as decoration, and the work is complete! Later, everyone carefully brought their butter lions home, and after the clay has hardened the next morning, the key chain is inserted for a unique charm!

Fun with clay

Even though everyone made a butter lion, everyone made different ones. Some of them have whiskers, some people pasted bows on the mane, some people pasted blush on the lion’s face, and some of them are cross-eyed. They were all very creative – this is the joy of DIY.
