In 1976, Hsiao-Yi reformed his chain stores by introducing some senior designers as co-founders, and then in 1978, he opened his first branch in Bang Chiao asking an outstanding employee to manage the new store: which was later referred by him as “Internal Entrepreneur”. In 1980, the system became mature and by the year of 2012, there have been more than 500 stores in Taiwan. |
