After elementary graduation, he decided to leave home to work in Taipei, and it was really something for a twelve years old boy. The courage plays a key role for his later career success.  Before his departure, his mother reminded him a old saying that “Is better to have skills than having savings” which means that a person could benefit more from his obtained skills than his limited fortune. He then went to a shoes shop for an apprenticeship, and by the days he delivered the goods, by the nights he learned the shoes-making skills. Her mother’s words always reminded him to work harder, but sometimes he worked so restlessly that he does not eat anything by the end of the day. Then he decided to return home due to the tedious routine and vague future.
