Mr. Lai did not give up after his first attempt, so he went to help his mother with her vegetable stall. Very soon Hsiao-Yi noticed that the key to run a better business is to have a perfect flow between the seller and the customers which is that sometimes the seller seemed to lose some profits when she gave her customers more discount or bonus, but actually she is building a better relationship for the future return purchase. This experience was very important for running Mentor Hair Stylist as Hsiao-Yi later recounts. “To stand in their shoes, and the customers is always the priority.”
