When a visitor come to CRH, what catches he eye may be the turntable rotating the locomotive into the stall on the track. Moreover, every 8.25° the turntable moves, the locomotives can be aimed at different tracks. Please keep reading for more details of CRH.

To avoid getting crushed, the locomotive parks before the white warning points.

Step A:
Arrange the locomotive for inspection and repair.

Stop the locomotive on the vacant track and wait for the instructions of a dispatcher.

The locomotives are waiting at the preparation zone.

Step B:
Move the locomotive to preparation zone.

The locomotive should stop at the preparation zone, waiting for the inspection and repair.

When the locomotive moves there is a alarm to warn visitors.

Step C:
Get the locomotive on the turntable.

The commander waves the green or red flag to conduct the locomotive. The green flag means that the locomotive can pass through and the red one means to stop.

The locomotives should park before the white warning point
to avoid getting crushed.

Step D:
Get the locomotive into the Roundhouse.

An operator parks the locomotives on empty tracks and wait for the instructions of the dispatcher.

Maintenance is conducted at different time interbals-- classified to daily, monthly, seasonal, half an year and yearly.

Step E:
Get the locomotive on the workbench.

The repairmen will check brake, lubricating oil, cooling water, lighting, battery acid and the operating switches after the locomotive hauled into the stall.
