Structural materials were difference from former materials. The main materials were concretes and steels. The Ministry of National Defense paid most expenses, and house holders shared the rest expenses. The building became larger and improved some problems such as leaking and made environment better after reconstruct. The new structures were delivered into 26 level grounds, 30 level grounds, and 34 level grounds and so on. Population and constructions modernized made facilities increased in the vicinity of there. The view became more beautiful, and the livelihood was better. But human touch also lessened because of modernization.
