Our project topic was “A Feast of Great Melodies - The Musical Clubs of Sanyu”. We think that the voice of each and every parent and student is equally important and should be heard. However, due to the large number of students and parents, we had to use a survey to collect your opinions for statistical analysis. We passed out a total of 83 survey forms to the Choir Club, 60 survey forms to the Recorder Club, 25 survey forms to the String Orchestra, and 41 survey forms to the Thunder Drum Team – which sums up to a total of 209 survey forms passed out.
　　All of the student survey forms were collected back, with a return rate of 2011%. In the surveys that were returned, 9 surveys from the Choir Club and 8 from the Recorder Club showed strong signs of not being seriously answered, which is why we decided to void those surveys. Therefore, the final total number of effective student surveys was 192. All of the parent surveys were collected back, with a return rate of 2011%. In the surveys that were returned, 10 surveys from the Choir Club, 8 from the Recorder Club, and 5 from the Thunder Drum Team were not seriously answered, which is why we decided to void them. Therefore, the final number of effective student surveys was 186.
