Pagu Mt. Environmental Conservation Organization is insitally established by a group of retired teachers with the idea of promoting education, sensibility, ecology, localism and sustainability of the local county on December 20,2003.

　　Those teachers run the orgnaization full heartily with the purpose of continuing the inheritance and sustainability of the local ecology and providing chance s for the younger generation to experience the wonder of the Mother Nature.

　　Under the assistance and support of CingshueiyanTemple, the organization established the "Ecology Information Center," "Ecology First-aid Station,""Ecology Reservation Area,"and "Insectarium." There are around five hundred of insect specimenin the Insectarium and therefore there is a thorough ecological resource for lizure activity.
