After I join the information team of Xi-song Elementary School, I need to come to the computer room during morning individual studying time and lunch break, and, thus, I lost some time to study in the classroom. But, when I am here with other students from grade five and six, we interviewed chiefs, section chiefs, and assiduous volunteer mothers and fathers; I am happier than before! For I learnt many new knowledge and knew fellow students from other classes. Our efforts spent in this period will be seen! At least we have the results! All the sweats of weariness evaporated here and transformed into pleasant fruits.

I have already known more about the volunteer team than before. In the past, the impressions we have about the volunteer team are, perhaps, simply attentive, responsible, and a group of volunteer willing to contribute to a group of children. But now our impressions are totally different. The efforts of the volunteers, in fact, can only be seen behind the scene. Those accumulated dews and powers are indescribably formidable. After the interviews with many of the section chiefs of the volunteer group, I find that they really spent a lot of efforts and time, and they choose to spend their lives with a heart of service. I think it is really great! The volunteer team of Xisong Elementary School has the most caring volunteer. For example, volunteers of the traffic-guidance group will urge the children to be fast when they are crossing a road, and remain them, in order to protect them, so as to fulfill a volunteer's responsibility of supervising the children's safety.

Due to the economic downturn, volunteers are withdrawing; they have to give up the volunteer job to sustain their families. So fewer and fewer volunteers are joining us, few people nowadays are willing to be a volunteer, to service the school. This change has a great impact on the volunteer team, which also affects the works of the remaining volunteers. Being a volunteer has become a difficult job; let us find a way to solve this problem!
