Miss Wu

Interview

Wu plays Tchoukball since fourth grade in elementary school, and later on develops strong interests in this sport. Her father plays it with her usually. After joining school team, she starts to think of her lifetime destine and goals. She sometimes has arguments with coaches, but later on accepts others' suggestions after communication.

One impressive game for Wu is FITB Asia Pacific Tchoukball championship in 2006. It was very exciting. She believes that Tchoukball is a very good sport. She gains health and good shape, and learns precious lessons from it.

Mr. Zhang

  • a player from Taipei County.
  • 7 years of playing experience.

 

Interview

Chang did not have outstanding academic performance, his PE instructor suggested him to join Tchoukball team instead in his fifth grade. Chang's family supports his decision. Coaches and team members are nice. Playing Tchoukball has never been a burden for him. Chang wishes Taipei County, Chinese Taipei representative, can win championship in World Games 2009 Tchoukball.

Miss Zeng

  • a player from Tao-Yuan County.
  • 6 years of playing experience.

 

Interview

Zeng started to play Tchoukball in fourth grade due to selection of coaches. Her family supports her development. According to her parents, Zeng becomes open minded and gets improvement academically. Zeng is having fun in Tchoukball and has broadened her friendship. She really hopes her fellows can enjoy this sport as much as she does.

Mr. Lin

  • a player from Chang-Hua County.
  • 3 years of playing experience.

 

Interview

Lin joined school team as soon as he studies in junior high school. At that time, he thinks this sport is good for health and is an interesting and highly safe activity. Tchoukball is not as violent as basketball. His family supports him. Lin gets along with coaches and members very well.

Since he is the only child in his family, he treasures friendship very much. The biggest pleasure for him is winning games. He wishes his team can perform spectacularly in Civil Game.

Mr. Huang

  • a player from Chang-Hua County.
  • 10 years of playing experience.

 

Interview

Huang was overweight during elementary school. His intention to join the team then was to lose weight. He has never quitted the sport since then, and is in good shape now. His parents did not oppose his interest as long as he can perform well academically. Members get along well with each other most of the time, although once in a while they would have arguments. Huang believes that arguments can help members to know each other better after communication. He likes his team very much. Huang adores his team leader very much, too; because his skill is second to none. Huang wishes to become a national representative and bring honor back to Taiwan some day in the future.
