Answer:In the year of 1973

2. When was the Jin Lian Shing Brick Factory transformed into the Sight-seeing Brick Factory?

Answer:Transformation began in 1996, and the government promoted the kiln culture in 1999. And it was formally transformed into the Sight-seeing Brick Factory in 2003.

3. What are bricks and tiles made of? How to acquire material?

Answer:(1) Weathered shale (2) From peat and black soil

4. To what degree Centigrade does the temperature of kilning reach up?

Answer:Around 800 to 900 degrees but no more than 1000 degrees

5. How did the kiln evolve?

Answer:It evolved with mass production. Originally, its production amounted to 100 to 140 thousand bricks, but now soared up to 400 thousand daily.

6. Currently, what is the fuel for the tunnel kiln?

Answer: We used coal and charcoal, but now we use exported coal from Indonesia.

7. Why is the color of bricks red?

Answer: That’s because it consists of iron. The minerals consist of abundant mineral elements, and in the beginning the color appears dark grey and the red pigment is increasingly discharged with heat.

8. What is the purpose of red bricks that your company produces for?

Answer: Partly for decoration and mostly for construction.
