Motivation:
We intend to investigate the visitor experience and the age of the visitors to Shuiwei through the use of survey. With the information about the overall satisfaction of the visitors to Shuiwei, we hope to get an insight into the good sides and weaknesses of the sightseeing of Shuisei, so that we can propose effectively improve the sightseeing of Shuiwei. |

ⓄData analysis: Based on the information gathered from the result of the survey, we get to know that most tourists visiting Shuiwei come from northern Taiwan. Their average age is between 16 and 30. They get to know the place, Shuiwei, mostly through family or relative recommendation, and most of them have been here for more than three times for the purposes of eating seafood and going hiking. Many of them think that the shorcomings of Shuiwei are messy environment and lack of places for people to take a rest; what can be promoted are the freshly-caught seafood and the beautiful scenery. Additionally, most people are willing to visit Shuiwei again because they are attracted by the geographical features of Shuiwei. |
◎Conclusion and suggesting: We conclude that the shortcomings of Shuiwei are messy environment and lack of places for people to take a rest. We suggest that we should promote the concept of “no littering” in such a beautiful place. It is also suggested that more public trash cans can be put along the roads in Shuiwei; thus, people will throw away their garbage in the trash cans instead of throwing it everywhere. |
