III, Description of "Local communities":

     Min-quan community is located in west side of Changhua City, which is divided into three regions, "Xinsheng, Yongle, Minquan". Citizens in the north to the border with the Central Wing Lok Street is bounded in the east to the national road and eternal life apart, south of Xi'an, the rich west, a total of 19 neighbors. Citizens Community market close to the edge, are in prime locations, residents are in the market to do business, the actual implementation of industrial development, because there is no community centers, residents engaged in the business market is difficult to gather a sense of community residents. The "Minquan Community Development Association was established on November 28, 1998. The former Minquan region’s governor-Mr. Chen, he set up "community-building group", actively promoting the community development. Since the Minquan community in the city center, hospitals and clinics is everywhere, so the director is trying to build a healthy community, to promote the sport, people who have a healthy body, want welfare medical YAM, president led a group of more caring volunteer team committed to promoting environmental protection. The current chairman is Ms. Chen Shi Bao Ing, she is also a Tai-Chi instructor of community mom classroom teachers. Director to create healthy communities for the spindle, efforts to promote the movement, led a group of more deep caring volunteers clean their homes.
There is a group of hard working Minquan community's "loving family person". First, the improvement started from the market environmental health and idle space problems in the community in addition to outside the Shinmachi ditch. Fortunately after mayor Mr. Wen planning renovation, and now no longer stench ditch Shinmachi, chairman will do adopt maintain let residents enjoy a better living environment. Four, Research Project Summary

    Minquan market is most notable traditional market in the community. Before the great civil rights market, many street vendors sell snacks around the stores. However, with the rise of other regional markets, Minquan market gradually decline, fewer vendors, fewer people are visiting. Fortunately city governor re-consolidated, renovated, and finally the Minquan market was revived, and then gradually flourishing. When we visited the community and found: Minquan market has parking lot, markets and sports centers, market’s ground clean and vendors stands are neat and unified, which also designed the patio with very good ventilation. With different traditional markets in general, the market is surrounded by many old store, loved by residents. Temple near the market a long history, where is the religious center residents. Now Minquan community is relying on residents to work together to make the community better. In particular, Mr. Tianming Chen pays long passion, comprehensive transformation of communities, community development. The construction and service performance results of the town hall getting deeply recognition by people. Because of his leadership and dedicated service, he was elected as a role model of the Changhua city. In addition, since Mr. Chen Menggui set up a "Community Development Association". After his careful management of the community, he engaged himself in everything like seeking resources, and set up a sound system with a dedicated heart and led people into community volunteer work. Community Development Association in each group plus the clear division of labor, but also help each other, thus causing our civil rights in the curious and decided to explore in depth.

    We hope that through our case studies, the efforts of promoting "Minquan Community Development Association," would maintain the spirit of the community to be demonstrated, thereby encouraging student the concept of love for their homeland and cultivate enthusiasm for public service.
 

Five, the Internet environment

     The school has two computer classrooms. Each classroom has 40 computers. Each computer can be connected to the academic network using optical fiber. In addition to the extra-curricular, classroom computer is idle more than half, and we often use break discussion, but never have enough time.
    However after school, it is difficult to borrow a computer classroom and have discussions together with our team. So most related discussions must be done at home. Fortunately each student has a ADSL fiber-optic network at home, so it is no problem to connect to the Internet. Thus, a lot of work at home are assisting and guiding by parents as teachers, and the students "LINE” to each other for homework."

     Since July 2015, we participate in the network game and organized a team. All team members are at the same common goal and strive for it. Our team members have different talents and characteristics: There are calm, attentive Yi-Zhen; have a first-class writing Yi Cheng; love showy but enthusiastic service Ting Yu; logical Yu Chen. There is love cute laugh, cheerful BinYu. We are all in the same class, in the production network process. We learn to encourage each other, cheer up each other, work together as a team.
    From the process of researching this topics, we have in-depth understanding of our Minquan community. There are two important soul that Chen Tianming-regional governor and Chen Menggui – director. Tey love their childhood living community, and are willing to pay efforts to this community. They actively led a group of volunteers organize community environment. To enhance the relationship between the town hall and the people, they organized many activities to encourage residents to participate in the enthusiasm and emotional contact. Set up a "Community Development Association" to attract more young people into the ranks of the volunteers, who this intention and momentum, and we are being required to do network coincides with the spirit, it is worth learning.
     In the process of research topics, we found the community development association, organization is very complete, each group does their job, and paying selfless efforts for the community. As long as the chairman or chief executive posted the instructions, each team just exactly execute the mission until completion. So we introduced the Minquan community to school classes. We hope not bring an cold impression of Minquan community to stranger from now on. The class is like a small community with strong centripetal force. Regardless of you and me, all are in the spirit of sacrificing for public service, and cooperating in common goal of wining honors for the class.
