6.Shyness |
It was difficult to interview completestrangers. We were very timid and had no idea how to do this. |
Teachers reviewed the interviewfindings with us, and gave us feedback on the good and the bad. We received instructions onInterview techniques. In fact,we rehearsed our questionsand practiced interviewskills under the scenarios wecould think of. |

7.Webpage design |
On our own, we were unable to resolve technical issues inwebpage design and production. |
We tried to find relevant booksor searched for online resourcesto resolve problems. In addition,we asked teachers for help when there was no class each Thursdayafternoon. |
We resolved the issues inFLASH design and application,and overcame the challenge in editing and website construction. |
8.Schedule planning |
