Foreword The magical manioc is the local specialty in Neimen. On the road leading to Neimen, we often find that many of the signs written”the magical manioc.” This situation let us have the idea of study our hometown specialty. We are very positive to ask Mr. Chen Cong-Xian how can we focus on researching magical manioc, then we contact with Chairman Lin Ming-Cheng. This is the beginning of our research.
